In addition to the three KFUM Blackebergs teams, 44 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls-13. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof KFUM Blackebergs IK Röd could be found in Group C together with Bankeryds basket 2, Bønes basketballklubb and Högsbo Basket 2.
KFUM Blackebergs IK Röd made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Alvik Basket Grönis with 16-26.
