In addition to the two Högsbo teams, 30 other teams from 4 different countries played in Men 20+. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Högsbo Basket Hybris could be found in Group E together with SydCenter M, Karlstad suns and Trelleborg Pirates Bilia Pro.
