October 15 - First day to register. Your registration is finalised when payment is done

December  31 - Last day of possible refund if cancellation is made before this date (minus transaction fees)

January 15 - Last day to specify T-shirt sizes for your teams (for teams purchasing cup passes). After this date, we cannot guarantee the correct size due to delivery times.

February 28 - Last day to register and book the number of Cup-Passes for your team and leaders

March 25 - Last day of registration of arrival time, team, team-relations and dispensation (-s)  and food allergies  

March 25 -  Make final payment of Cup-Pass A, Cup-Pass B

April 24 - Publication of game schedule (changes can be made until tournament, check regularly)

May 4 - Link to cup-passes is sent out and your accomodation school is published in your team account

May 7 - Digital check-in starts (link is sent out)

May 13 - Day of arrival at accomodation

May 14 - Qualification begins

May 15 - Qualification ends

May 16 - A  and B-playoffs and  Closing ceremony for all EB11 teams in the evening

May 17 - A- finals, check-out and departure! 
                 Last A-final game is done by 17.00.  

All teams are responsible for filling in information and keeping the time limits themselves.
